You will lead a team of cybersecurity engineers and work closely with other departments to develop and implement effective security strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and procedures to protect the company's networks, systems, and data.
• Lead a team of cybersecurity engineers and provide guidance and training to ensure the team's success.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
• Monitor and analyze security systems and networks for potential threats and promptly respond to any security incidents.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security protocols are implemented and followed.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats and continuously improve our security measures.
• Communicate and present security-related information to management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, techniques, and technologies.
• Experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are a plus.
