Job Overview: As the Robotics Engineer Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of skilled engineers and overseeing all aspects of our robotics engineering projects. You will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of our cutting-edge robotic systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of robotics engineers to facilitate their professional growth and development.
• Set clear goals and objectives for the robotics engineering team and monitor their progress.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the robotics engineering department, including resource planning, project scheduling, and budget management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring that project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Conduct research and development to identify new technologies and methodologies that can improve our robotic systems.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
• Oversee the design, development, and testing of robotic systems, ensuring that they meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Ensure that all projects comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the robotics engineering team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a robotics engineering role, preferably in a leadership or management position.
• Proven experience in project management, including resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation.
• Strong technical background in robotics and automation.
• Experience with design software and programming languages, such as C++, Python, and ROS.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
