Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Security Specialist to join our growing team. As a Data Security Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining data security measures to protect our clients' sensitive information. You will work closely with our clients to understand their data security needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular security assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks in our clients' systems and data.
• Design, implement and maintain data security protocols, including firewalls, encryption methods, access controls, and monitoring systems.
• Develop and enforce data security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Monitor and investigate security incidents and breaches, and take appropriate action to mitigate the impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Conduct regular training and awareness programs for employees to educate them about data security best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique data security needs and provide ongoing support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data security, information security, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of network and data security protocols, tools, and technologies.
• Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, are a plus.
