Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Oversee the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data collection and preparation to model training and evaluation.
Develop and maintain an efficient and scalable infrastructure for machine learning projects.
Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers in implementing best practices for machine learning.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and identify opportunities to apply them to our business.
Communicate technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in machine learning, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Extensive knowledge of machine learning techniques, such as deep learning, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.
Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and data manipulation techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
