About the role: Lobox is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Delivery Lead to join our growing team. As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of technical projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead a team to success.

Key responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation

Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and quality assurance to ensure project milestones are met

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and provide timely updates throughout the project lifecycle

Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

Collaborate with business development and sales teams to understand client requirements and provide technical solutions

Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals to ensure project success and career growth

Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and productivity

Conduct regular project reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Ensure compliance with project management best practices and company policies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

years of experience in project management in a technical environment

Proven track record of successfully delivering technical projects on time and within budget

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools

Excellent leadership and people management skills

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus

PMP or other project management certifications are preferred
