Salary: $123 Per hour

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Operations Specialist Manager to join our team. As the IT Operations Specialist Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IT department and ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems and infrastructure. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency, security, and overall success of our company's IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of IT specialists, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upgrades of all hardware and software systems
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes
• Ensure the security of all IT systems, including data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide technical support and solutions
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for hardware and software upgrades
• Manage IT budget and expenses, including procurement of equipment and services
• Conduct regular training sessions for employees on IT systems and procedures
• Handle any IT-related issues or emergencies in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
• Proficient in project management and able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with budget management and procurement processes
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data backup and disaster recovery procedures

Working Conditions: This is a full-time position, with a typical work schedule of Monday to Friday. However, occasional after-hours and weekend work may be required for handling IT emergencies or system upgrades. The IT Operations Specialist Manager will work in an office environment and may need to travel to different company locations as needed.
