Salary: $115 Per hour

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Solutions Coordinator. As the IT Solutions Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the implementation of IT solutions for our company. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the smooth execution of IT projects, while also providing technical support and troubleshooting services as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all IT solution implementation and coordination efforts within the company.
• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for IT solutions.
• Research and evaluate different IT solutions to determine the best fit for the company's needs and budget.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budget estimates for IT solution implementations.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for IT solutions.
• Ensure that all IT solutions are properly tested and configured before implementation.
• Train and onboard employees on the use of new IT solutions.
• Monitor and track the performance of IT solutions, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements, and make recommendations for implementing new solutions to enhance company operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing IT solutions and driving process improvements.
• Certifications in project management and/or IT solutions are a plus.
