Position: Cloud Solutions Architect Manager

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $135 Per hour

Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solutions Architect Manager to join our team. As a leading provider of innovative cloud solutions, we are looking for someone who is passionate about driving success through cloud technology and has a proven track record of managing and leading a team of architects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of cloud solutions architects to design and implement cloud solutions for our clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to ensure the successful delivery of cloud solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic guidance on the best cloud solutions to meet their objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in cloud technology, and provide thought leadership to the team and clients.
• Manage the team's workload, ensuring timely delivery of projects and efficient resource allocation.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and identify training and development needs for team members.
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and support the sales process by providing technical expertise and creating proposals and presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the team's processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud architecture, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex cloud solutions, including public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and VMware.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve success.
• Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, resource management, and risk management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Professional certifications in cloud technologies, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are highly desired.
