Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and provide expert advice on how AI can be leveraged to drive business success
Lead and manage cross-functional teams to design, develop and deploy AI solutions that align with client requirements
Identify and assess potential AI use cases and opportunities for clients, and provide recommendations on implementation and integration
Conduct thorough research and analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies, and share insights with clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction with our services
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development in the AI field
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for potential clients
Manage project timelines, budgets and resources, ensuring timely and successful delivery of AI projects
Conduct training and workshops for clients to educate them on AI concepts and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI consulting, with a proven track record of successfully delivering AI projects
Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, and R
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
