Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the implementation of our company's technical solutions for clients, including software applications, hardware systems, and other technical products.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and requirements, and provide technical expertise to support the sales process.
Work closely with the development team to ensure the feasibility and technical viability of proposed solutions.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for each implementation project.
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and provide proactive solutions to mitigate any potential roadblocks.
Lead and manage a team of technical implementation specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.
Conduct trainings and workshops for clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the implementation process.
Continuously improve and optimize the implementation process to ensure efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical implementation, project management, or a related role.
Strong understanding of software development, hardware systems, and technical products.
Proven experience in managing and leading a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Experience in conducting trainings and workshops is highly preferred.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight timelines.
Willingness to travel as needed.
