Job Description: Lobox is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Machine Learning Applications Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Machine Learning Applications Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists and engineers in developing and implementing machine learning solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of machine learning applications for our clients, including but not limited to predictive analytics, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop solutions that meet their business objectives.
• Manage a team of data scientists and engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support in their day-to-day tasks.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and identify opportunities to apply them to enhance our solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement.
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities and support in client meetings and presentations.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables by implementing best practices, processes, and quality assurance measures.
• Collaborate with the research and development team to contribute to the development of new machine learning algorithms and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing machine learning applications.
• Proven experience in managing a team and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of machine learning algorithms, tools, and techniques.
• Experience in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
• A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in machine learning.
