Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of application developers to deliver complex software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
Monitor and track project progress, identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Mentor and coach team members to improve their technical skills and performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free applications.
Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with external partners on project deliverables.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in managing and leading software development projects from conception to delivery.
Strong technical background in web and mobile application development, including proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, and JavaScript.
Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
Familiarity with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus.
