Salary: $228000 - $288000

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Risk Lead to join our dynamic team. As the IT Risk Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies and processes to safeguard our company's information systems and technology infrastructure. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, assess their potential impact, and develop solutions to mitigate these risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an IT risk management framework and strategy
• Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in our information systems and technology infrastructure
• Conduct risk assessments to determine the likelihood and impact of identified risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation plans
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT risk management
• Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Communicate risk management strategies and findings to senior management and other stakeholders
• Train and educate employees on IT risk management best practices
• Lead incident response and crisis management efforts in the event of a security breach or incident
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulators to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage and mentor a team of risk management professionals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT risk management, information security, or a related role
• Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience in developing and implementing IT risk management frameworks and strategies
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and develop a team
• Professional certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent is a plus
