Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all existing applications and systems within the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration needs and requirements
Design and implement integration solutions that meet business needs and align with industry best practices
Lead the integration of new applications into our existing systems, ensuring compatibility and smooth data flow
Monitor and maintain the performance of integrated applications, troubleshooting any issues that arise
Develop and maintain documentation related to integration processes and procedures
Work closely with application developers and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve any integration-related issues
Stay up-to-date with emerging integration technologies and trends, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements to our integration processes
Train and mentor team members on integration best practices and processes
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of integration projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in application integration, with a proven track record of successfully leading integration projects
Strong technical background with experience in various integration technologies such as APIs, web services, EDI, ETL, etc.
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar tools
Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, and synchronization
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and train team members
