Job Summary: As a Technical Delivery Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions to our clients. You will work closely with our project teams, technical experts, and clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee the implementation process. This is a highly collaborative and dynamic role that requires a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to gather client requirements and define technical solution scope
• Design and develop technical solutions that meet client needs and align with project timelines and budget
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical discussions with clients, providing prompt and thorough responses to their inquiries
• Conduct thorough testing of solutions to ensure functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, assisting with problem-solving and providing technical support
• Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and proactively develop solutions to mitigate them
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to clients and internal stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology, making recommendations for process improvements and new tools or systems that can enhance project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• years of experience in a technical delivery or similar role
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies
• Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g. Java, C++, Python)
• Experience with database management and SQL
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with technical experts
• Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
