Job Overview: As the Software Quality Manager Lead, you will be responsible for leading our software quality team and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. You will play a crucial role in the software development process by implementing quality assurance procedures, identifying and resolving any issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of software quality professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and product managers, to identify and address any quality issues.
• Conduct regular quality audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established standards and processes.
• Develop and maintain quality metrics to track and report on the performance of our software products.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify any quality-related issues and work towards resolving them.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software quality management to continuously improve our processes.
• Train and mentor team members on quality assurance processes and tools.
• Act as a point of contact for clients regarding any quality-related concerns and work towards resolving them in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile.
• Experience with quality assurance tools and techniques, such as test automation, defect tracking, and code reviews.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
