Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Knowledge Engineer Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Knowledge Engineer Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our knowledge management systems. Your main goal will be to leverage your extensive knowledge in engineering and technology to enhance our organization's knowledge management processes, ultimately driving efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain knowledge management strategies and systems.
• Analyze and understand business needs and requirements to design and develop effective knowledge management solutions.
• Utilize your expertise in engineering principles, data modeling, and process optimization to design and develop robust knowledge management systems.
• Develop and maintain knowledge repositories, databases, and other systems to store and organize information.
• Monitor and update existing knowledge management systems to ensure accuracy and relevancy of information.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
• Train and support team members on knowledge management best practices and system usage.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in knowledge management technologies to continuously enhance our systems and processes.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to implement new tools and technologies to improve knowledge management processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a knowledge management or engineering role.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in engineering principles, data modeling, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in knowledge management systems and tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts is a plus.
