Salary: $310000 - $360000

Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Big Data AWS Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Big Data AWS Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Big Data and AWS to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet our clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Big Data solutions on AWS platform
• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Lead the entire solution design process from conceptualization to implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of solutions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and user guides
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance our solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical expertise to clients and internal teams
• Participate in pre-sales activities such as solution demonstrations and client presentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Big Data architecture and development
• Strong experience with AWS services such as S3, EMR, Glue, Redshift, Athena, and Kinesis
• Expertise in Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Hive
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or DataStage
• Proven track record of delivering successful Big Data solutions in a cloud environment
• Excellent understanding of data warehouse and data lake architectures
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are highly preferred
