Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients and manage their technical needs throughout the project lifecycle
Lead a team of technical consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
Collaborate with project management and other teams to develop project plans and timelines
Design and implement technical solutions that align with clients' business objectives
Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates on project progress and gather feedback
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our services
Mentor and train team members on technical skills and best practices
Take ownership of technical issues and provide timely resolutions
Participate in the pre-sales process by providing technical expertise to potential clients

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical consulting role
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
Proven experience in designing and implementing technical solutions
In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
Experience with databases and data management systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proven experience in client relationship management
Willingness to travel for client meetings and project implementations
