Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
Develop and implement strategies for system enhancements and upgrades
Create detailed documentation and diagrams to illustrate system processes and proposed changes
Design, develop, and test new systems and features
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems and applications
Monitor system performance and make recommendations for optimization
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve systems and processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis or a related role
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
Proficient in SQL, scripting languages, and data analysis tools
Experience with ERP systems and database management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proven track record of successfully implementing systems and process improvements
Certification in systems analysis or project management is a plus.
