Salary: $138 Per hour

About the Role: As a Cloud Platform Engineer Lead, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and maintenance of our company's cloud platform infrastructure. You will lead a team of engineers to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our cloud-based systems. This position requires a strong technical background in cloud computing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers to design, build, and maintain our company's cloud platform infrastructure.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing the performance, scalability, and reliability of our cloud systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex issues in the cloud environment, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies and best practices.
• Develop and maintain documentation for the cloud platform architecture, processes, and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cloud technology to continuously improve our platform.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and contribute to their professional growth.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and meet business requirements.
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of new cloud technologies to enhance the company's infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of years of experience in cloud computing, with a proven track record of designing and maintaining large-scale cloud environments.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• In-depth knowledge of networking, security, and storage concepts in a cloud environment.
• Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and infrastructure as code.
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert is a plus.
