Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of digital strategies and initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and design solutions that align with the company's goals
Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging technologies and trends that can be leveraged to drive innovation
Design and oversee the implementation of new digital products, services, and processes

Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support digital innovation efforts
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a culture of innovation and learning

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital innovation, digital product design, or a related role
Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing digital projects from concept to launch
Extensive knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, blockchain, and cloud computing
Strong understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience in Agile and Lean methodologies
Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
