Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Governance Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Data Governance Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing data governance strategies and frameworks to ensure the integrity, availability, and security of our clients' data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data governance requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
• Conduct data governance assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Design and implement data governance frameworks, including data classification, data lineage, data quality, and data security.
• Partner with data stewards to define and enforce data governance roles and responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures through regular audits and monitoring.
• Develop and deliver data governance training programs to educate employees on data governance principles and practices.
• Create and maintain data governance documentation, including data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and data governance scorecards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data governance and recommend enhancements to existing processes and policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data governance or a similar role.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing data governance frameworks and strategies.
• Strong knowledge of data governance principles, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with data governance tools and technologies, such as Collibra, Informatica, or IBM InfoSphere.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
