About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solutions Manager Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Cloud Solutions Manager Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Cloud Solutions Managers and driving the success of our cloud-based solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative cloud solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Cloud Solutions Managers and provide guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the team's success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to develop and implement effective cloud solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for cloud-based solutions.
• Analyze market trends and keep up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies to drive innovation and improve our solutions.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to drive sales of our cloud solutions.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and successful implementation of solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of projects and the performance of the team.
• Conduct training and workshops to educate clients and team members on the benefits and capabilities of our cloud solutions.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to ensure our solutions are in line with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in cloud solutions management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in developing and delivering presentations and training sessions.
• Certification in cloud technologies is a plus.
