Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing technical direction and guidance to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet client requirements
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Identify and address technical issues, troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the development process and enhance software solutions
Mentor and train junior team members to facilitate their growth and development
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical expertise to address their concerns
Develop and maintain technical documentation for software solutions
Participate in project planning and estimation to ensure successful delivery of software projects within budget and timelines

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
Proficient in software development languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects within budget and timelines
