Salary: $138 Per hour

Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Defense Lead Architect to join our dynamic team. As the Cyber Defense Lead Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure cyber defense strategies for our organization. You will work closely with our IT and security teams to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop effective solutions to mitigate cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an overall cyber defense strategy for the organization
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats
• Design and implement security controls to protect against cyber attacks
• Stay updated with the latest cyber threats and industry best practices to continuously improve the defense strategy
• Lead and mentor a team of cyber defense specialists to ensure effective implementation of security measures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security controls are integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations
• Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of the cyber defense strategy and make necessary adjustments
• Develop and maintain incident response plans to quickly and effectively respond to cyber attacks
• Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and tools in the cyber defense field to enhance the organization's security posture

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the cyber defense field
• In-depth knowledge of cyber security principles, practices, and technologies
• Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and other security technologies
• Experience with risk management, vulnerability assessments, and incident response planning
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly preferred
