Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Deployment Engineer Lead to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the IT Deployment Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of deployment engineers in the implementation and deployment of various IT infrastructure projects. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of deployment engineers in the implementation and deployment of IT infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members to plan and execute deployment strategies.
• Design and develop deployment workflows and procedures to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the development of their skills and knowledge.
• Manage and prioritize workload for the team, ensuring the timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress, identify and resolve any issues, and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, communicating project updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and functionality of deployed systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that may arise during the deployment process.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for process improvements and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT deployment and project management.
• Proven experience in leading a team of deployment engineers.
• Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and security.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, and Project+, are preferred.
