Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an IT Systems Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing technical expertise and support to our clients. You will be responsible for evaluating the current IT systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of existing IT systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement new IT systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to recommend innovative solutions to clients.
• Train end-users on new systems and processes and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing processes.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security protocols and make necessary recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IT systems consultant role.
• Strong understanding of various IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Experience with system design, development, and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically.
• Experience with cloud-based systems and technologies is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) are preferred.
