About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Science Engineer Lead to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in designing, developing, and deploying data-driven solutions that solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data science solutions that align with strategic goals.
• Develop and implement data science processes, standards, and best practices to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new data science tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines, and ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to collect, clean, and transform large volumes of data from various sources.
• Design and implement machine learning algorithms and models to predict outcomes and drive business decisions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of data science techniques, including machine learning, statistical analysis, and data mining.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Proven track record of delivering data science solutions that drive business impact.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
