Salary: $285000 - $352000

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Solutions Architect Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Technical Solutions Architect Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in designing, developing, and implementing solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design innovative solutions that meet these needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of technical solutions for our clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and business analysts, to understand project scope and requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
• Develop and maintain technical architecture documentation, including diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest technologies and tools, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Develop and implement best practices and standards for solution development and delivery.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms to support project delivery.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of third-party solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and technical standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to project teams and clients.
• Mentor and coach team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical solutions architecture role.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience working with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and technologies, such as API management and service-oriented architectures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and coach team members.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
