Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced AI Strategy Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive the growth and success of our AI solutions. You will work closely with our internal teams and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI implementation, define strategic goals, and develop actionable plans to achieve them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI strategies to drive business growth and success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential AI use cases and opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform AI strategy.
• Define strategic goals and objectives for AI implementation and monitor progress towards achieving them.
• Develop a deep understanding of our AI solutions and their capabilities to effectively communicate their value to clients and stakeholders.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify and target potential clients for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with product development teams to provide insights and feedback for continuous improvement of AI solutions.
• Stay informed about advancements and developments in the AI industry, and continuously seek opportunities to incorporate new and innovative technologies into our solutions.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of AI strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
• Communicate AI strategy and progress to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a strategic role, preferably in the AI or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic plans.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
