Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cloud Infrastructure Manager Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of cloud infrastructure engineers to design, build, and maintain our company's cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud technologies, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of cloud infrastructure engineers in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing cloud resources and ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and reliable cloud solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new and emerging cloud technologies to enhance our company's infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements for all cloud infrastructure components.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to cloud infrastructure services.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on infrastructure initiatives, risks, and progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing highly available and scalable cloud solutions.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA.
