Salary: $310000 - $360000

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Automation Consultant Lead to join our team. As the Automation Consultant Lead, you will be responsible for leading our automation projects and providing expert guidance to our clients. You will work closely with our team of consultants to design, implement, and maintain automated solutions that streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of automation projects, from design to implementation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and identify areas where automation can be applied to improve processes.
• Develop automation strategies and roadmaps to guide project delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Design and implement automated solutions using a variety of tools and technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML).
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team of consultants, ensuring high-quality project delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide mentorship and coaching to team members to foster professional growth and development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automation trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and provide timely updates on project milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automation, with a proven track record of leading successful automation projects.
• Strong technical skills and experience with automation tools and technologies, such as RPA, AI, and ML.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as JIRA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
