Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the IT services department, including managing a team of IT services specialists.
Develop and implement IT service policies and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues and provide technical support to employees.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and recommend new technologies to improve the organization's IT infrastructure.
Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Develop and maintain IT service budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
Train and mentor IT services specialists to improve their skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT service needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience managing a team and providing technical guidance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
