Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Implementation Specialist Manager to join our dynamic team. As an IT Implementation Specialist Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and integration of all IT systems and applications within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business leaders, to ensure successful implementation of new technologies and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and integration of new IT systems and applications across the organization.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop implementation strategies.
• Work with IT teams to configure, test, and troubleshoot new systems and applications.
• Manage and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment of systems.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT implementations.
• Train and support end-users on new systems and applications.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards during IT implementations.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT systems and applications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend and implement innovative solutions for the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management or implementation.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and applications, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of IT security principles and best practices.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
