Job Summary: We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Knowledge Management Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing knowledge management strategies and processes to enhance our organization's ability to leverage and share information and expertise. You will work closely with our clients to understand their knowledge management needs and provide them with tailored solutions to improve their business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement knowledge management strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's objectives.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify knowledge management needs and opportunities within the organization.
• Design and implement knowledge management systems and tools to support collaboration, knowledge sharing, and information retrieval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and accessibility.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on knowledge management tools and processes.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in knowledge management and make recommendations for their application within the organization.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on knowledge management, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their knowledge management needs and provide solutions to improve their business processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of years of experience in knowledge management, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of knowledge management principles and techniques.
• Experience in developing and implementing knowledge management strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing knowledge management systems and tools.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in knowledge management software and tools.
• Professional certification in knowledge management is a plus.
