Key Responsibilities:

Lead the deployment of IT infrastructure and systems for our clients, from initial planning to final implementation.
Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and clients to determine project scope, timelines, and resources needed for successful deployment.
Develop and maintain project plans, including identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
Manage and coordinate deployment teams, ensuring all tasks are completed within the designated time frame and budget.
Provide technical expertise and support to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the deployment process.
Conduct training sessions for clients and end-users on new systems and technology, ensuring a smooth transition to the new infrastructure.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the deployment process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure efficient and effective deployment strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT deployment or project management.
Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed.
