Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Operations Manager Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Systems Operations Manager Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's systems operations. This includes implementing and maintaining efficient systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing a team of systems operations specialists. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful systems management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of our company's systems operations, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize systems operations and improve overall efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor system performance and ensure that all systems are running smoothly
• Manage a team of systems operations specialists, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any potential issues or improvements in the systems operations process
• Develop and maintain documentation of all systems operations processes and procedures
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our systems operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems operations management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing systems operations
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization is a plus
