Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of technical programs, including project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and communication with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that technical projects are aligned with business objectives and technical standards.
Conduct regular project reviews, status updates, and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Identify and resolve any project roadblocks and escalate issues as needed.
Mentor and guide team members to ensure successful project delivery and professional development.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management and technical systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
PMP or other project management certification is preferred.
