Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of digital systems architecture strategies that support the company's overall digital transformation goals.

Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify new technologies, platforms, and tools that can enhance our digital capabilities.
Develop architecture blueprints and roadmap for digital systems, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and security.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the digital systems architecture team, ensuring high-quality work and continuous learning.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital systems architecture and incorporate them into our strategies.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of digital solutions within budget and scope.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure seamless integration of digital systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful digital systems architecture strategies.
Strong knowledge of digital technologies, platforms, and tools such as cloud computing, APIs, microservices, and data analytics.
Excellent understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects from conception to implementation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
