Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Risk Coordinator Lead to join our dynamic team. As the IT Risk Coordinator Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the organization's IT risk management processes. You will work closely with the IT department and other key stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to our company's information systems and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the organization's IT systems and data.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities and threats to the organization's IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish risk mitigation plans and ensure their timely implementation.
• Monitor and track risk management activities and report on key metrics to senior management.
• Provide guidance and support to IT teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for risk management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to stay up-to-date on the latest IT risk management trends and technologies.
• Conduct ongoing risk awareness training for employees to promote a culture of risk management within the organization.
• Lead internal audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Stay informed about emerging cyber threats and proactively identify potential risks to the organization's IT systems.
• Act as a subject matter expert for IT risk management and provide expert advice and guidance to senior management and other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT risk management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001, and NIST.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing risk management solutions in a complex IT environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.
• Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISM, or CISSP are highly desirable.
