Position Overview: As an Application Developer Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customized software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective software solutions. You will also collaborate with our team of developers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop customized software solutions to meet their needs.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to software development and implementation.
• Design, develop, and test software applications according to project specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools in software development to continuously improve our processes and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical support and assistance to clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Communicate project updates, progress, and any potential roadblocks to project managers and clients.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development and consulting.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing software solutions for clients.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python.
• Experience with databases, web services, and API integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
