We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Infrastructure Architect Lead to join our dynamic team. As the IT Infrastructure Architect Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing our organization's IT infrastructure to support our business goals and objectives. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of IT professionals, as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure the optimal functioning of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of our organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems.
• Define and maintain the IT infrastructure roadmap, ensuring alignment with our business strategy and future growth plans.
• Lead and manage a team of IT architects and engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT infrastructure needs and requirements.
• Conduct regular assessments of our IT infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance performance, reliability, and security.
• Develop and maintain IT infrastructure policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
• Monitor and analyze system performance metrics, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, recommending and implementing new technologies and processes to improve our IT infrastructure.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
• Oversee the implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the uninterrupted functioning of our IT systems in case of a crisis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure design and implementation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, virtualization, and network security.
• Experience with IT infrastructure design and architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of IT professionals.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Industry certifications, such as ITIL, CCNA, or MCSE, are highly desirable.
