About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Systems Manager Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Automation Systems Manager Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our company's automation systems. You will lead a team of automation systems managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of automation processes across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of automation systems managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of automation projects.
• Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of our company's processes and systems to identify areas for automation and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop strategies for their implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for automation projects.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices in the development and implementation of automation processes.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of automation projects, highlighting any risks or issues and proposing solutions.
• Lead the testing and validation of automation systems to ensure they are functioning as intended and meeting business requirements.
• Develop and implement training programs for end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of automation systems.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in automation technology and make recommendations for their implementation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in automation systems management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of automation technology, processes, and best practices.
• Experience in project management, including project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to achieve objectives.
• Experience in developing and implementing training programs.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in relevant software and programming languages.
• Certifications in automation systems management and/or project management are highly desirable.
