Responsibilities:

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data security, integrity, and compliance.

Identify and implement cost-saving measures, while also ensuring the organization is leveraging the latest technologies.

Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions to enhance their workflows.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology, and make recommendations for their integration into the organization.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT products and services.

Oversee IT budget and expenditures, ensuring all projects are delivered within budget and on time.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT leadership role.

Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and initiatives.

Strong knowledge of network and system administration, security, and data management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.

Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and mobile technologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of IT budgeting and financial management.

Industry certifications (e.g. CCNA, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
