Salary: $138 Per hour

The IT Training Lead is a key member of our organization, responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for our employees. This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional with a passion for teaching and a strong track record of delivering successful training initiatives.

As the IT Training Lead, you will work closely with the Human Resources department to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and department managers to create engaging and effective training content that aligns with our business goals and objectives. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will be crucial in delivering training sessions to employees at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees on a variety of IT topics, including systems, software, and processes.
• Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify training needs and create training plans that align with business goals.
• Create engaging and interactive training content, including presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on activities.
• Facilitate training sessions for individuals and groups, both in-person and virtually.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to continually improve outcomes.
• Monitor employee progress and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure successful learning outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve the training curriculum.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for employees seeking additional training and support.
• Develop and maintain training documentation, including manuals, handouts, and online resources.
• Collaborate with external vendors to bring in specialized training programs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT role, with at least 2 years of experience in training and development.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex information to a variety of audiences.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering successful training programs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for teaching and helping others learn and grow.
• Proficiency in learning management systems and other training software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
