Salary: $92 Per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Designer to join our team. As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs that communicate our company's message and brand identity. You will work closely with our marketing and branding teams to develop graphics, layouts, and other design elements that effectively convey our company's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visual concepts that align with our company's brand and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to understand project goals and requirements.
• Create original designs, including logos, graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website content.
• Ensure all designs are in line with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Use a variety of design tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality and visually stunning designs.
• Keep up-to-date with design trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual designs.
• Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented correctly on various platforms.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across all marketing channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in visual design, preferably in a marketing or branding role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with web design and front-end development is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.
