Position Overview: We are seeking a talented 3D Animator to join our dynamic team. As a 3D Animator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D animations for a variety of projects, including video games, commercials, and films. You will work closely with the art and design teams to bring characters, objects, and environments to life through motion and expressions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of animation principles, excellent technical skills, and a creative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling and visually appealing 3D animations for various projects.
• Collaborate with the art and design teams to understand the project's vision and deliver high-quality animations that align with the overall aesthetic.
• Utilize animation software and tools to bring characters, objects, and environments to life.
• Rig and skin 3D models to ensure smooth and realistic movement.
• Animate characters and objects with a strong understanding of timing, weight, and body mechanics.
• Create facial animations that accurately convey emotions and expressions.
• Ensure all animations are within the technical limitations and meet project requirements.
• Work closely with the production team to meet project deadlines and milestones.
• Continuously improve animation techniques and processes to enhance the overall quality of animations.
• Collaborate with other animators to share knowledge and provide feedback to help improve animation skills and techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a 3D Animator.
• Proficient in animation software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, and body mechanics.
• Excellent technical skills in rigging, skinning, and animating 3D models.
• Creative mindset with the ability to bring characters and objects to life through motion and expressions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
