Salary: $152000 - $192000

As a Multimedia Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing multimedia projects that align with our company's overall goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop multimedia content that supports our brand and marketing initiatives
• Create and edit videos, animations, and other visual assets using industry-standard software and tools
• Manage and maintain our media library, ensuring that all assets are organized and easily accessible
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in multimedia design and production
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of multimedia projects
• Conduct research and gather information to support the creation of multimedia content
• Monitor and analyze the performance of multimedia projects, making recommendations for improvements as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all multimedia channels
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas for new multimedia projects
• Ensure that all multimedia content meets our brand standards and guidelines
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia design and production
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong understanding of video and audio production, including lighting, sound, and editing techniques
• Experience with 2D and 3D animation is a plus
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A portfolio showcasing your previous multimedia projects is required
