Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage daily cash balances to ensure sufficient liquidity for the company's operations
Prepare cash flow forecasts and projections to support budgeting and financial planning
Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to optimize cash management strategies
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of treasury management systems
Monitor foreign exchange exposure and make recommendations to mitigate risk
Prepare and review bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions
Support month-end and year-end close processes related to treasury activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cash flow and working capital management
Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
2+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, or financial analysis
Strong understanding of cash management principles and practices
Proficient in MS Excel and financial modeling
Experience with treasury management systems is a plus
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
